Note for those purchasing an individual pass and planning on partnering with other festival attendees for Couples Only Classes
Due to software limitations, we are unable to allow you to sign up for the couples only classes when buying a non-partner pass. Purchasing a Partners pass is the most cost-effective option for you and your partner that allows you to choose every available class for you both with one-stop shopping at the lowest price. However, if you purchase a single-attendee pass and plan to partner with another attendee(s) in some of the couples only classes, all involved parties should first purchase their individual packages (please select classes that are available for single registrants to complete your package) and then send an email to us (tangoelement@gmail.com) with your partner’s name and which classes you would like to take together. Once we have confirmed your registrations, and that the classes you and your partner(s) have selected are in alignment, we will alter your attendance for those classes, which will appear in your package. Please note that space limitations will still apply, so doing this as soon as possible will be the best way to secure the classes you want. Unless a change is confirmed by the organizers, you cannot assume your package has been modified. We regret the inconvenience and will work with you to ensure the smoothest possible registration process.
Note on Class Subjects - Sebastian & Mariana and Chicho & Juana
At the request of the maestros', no class topics will be announced ahead of time. Instead, all classes by Sebastian & Mariana and Chicho & Juana will be rated by level only. This is what normally happens in Buenos Aires and the purpose is to give the instructors an opportunity to first observe the particular group in the classroom to determine what would be the best topic to teach. They believe that many factors contribute toward the actual level of dancing and request this courtesy to craft a lesson that adapts to what the students in each class can best perceive.
Registration Deadlines and Pricing
Early Bird registration is available through May 31, 2010. Regular registration is available June 1-July 31, 2010. After August 1, 2010 online registration will be closed and on-site registration will be the only option, based on availability. Please note that we only accept cash at the door.

Partners 2-Day Pass. You choose! Fri/Sat or Sat/Sun, but you must sign up with a partner.

If for some reason you are unable to register online, please download this Mail-In Registration Form in PDF format, fill it out and mail it to the address indicated on the form with your payment check enclosed. Please note that we must receive your mail-in registration and payment before the registration deadlines expire and we will not be able to accept any mail-in registrations received after July 31, 2010.
